We had no school yesterday. While this made me happy at the time, now not so much. We now have to go to school on President's Day (Feb 21). If we miss one more day within the next two weeks, they will turn our next two 1/2 days (Feb. 17 & April 1) into full days. Which isn't that bad actually, especially on the 17th, seeing as how it's parent/teacher conferences and will be stuck til 6:30 anyway.
But I did really enjoy yesterday. I played Sims3 all day. And I do mean all day. There were maybe 3hrs total where I did other things (change bed, get food, read).
Today's a 1/2 day (we're stuck here til 3 tho) and so is Monday. Good thing about Monday? We can leave when the students do. I have a pile of things I need to do today after the kids leave. The list will be at the bottom of this entry. But right now, I'm just sitting at my desk, listening to the radio and enjoying my blueberry Greek yogurt with lots of granola. Aren't I just all healthy today? Oh, and listening to the lovely kiddies going to lunch.
I <3 half day schedules... 30mins per class and I only have 2 classes left. 1 hour of teaching and I'm done! :)
