(no subject)
Slowly but surely, most of my students have instruments... the rest are most likely getting them this weekend. FINALLY! We can actually start using them. We've been going over the different parts of the instruments during class and they'll take a quick quiz in like a week and a half. They should have all the answers in by Tuesday next week. We've been going pretty fast :-D
Hooray for it being THURSDAY! Only 1 more full day until the weekend! I'm so excited... I need to sleep in.
I have helpers at 2 different schools... PGES and LMES.. they'll help me put up and take down the chairs before and after class. Good... it'll give me something less to do :-P
I don't really want to go to MES today... the kids dont' want to be there... even though there are 20 of them! Insane! And then... 2 of the students keep telling me I need to find them an instrument, but their parents haven't gotten in touch with me! Their parents need to talk to me before I can lend them an instrument.
One student at LMES is going to borrow the viola... which is too big for her. But I don't expect her to hang around too long. She was zoning out during class and not paying attention. Granted, that doesn't mean much because I always used to do that, but I have a feeling...
Oh well... off to finish my work and pack up so that I can leave and head to MES...
And P.S: Heather, good luck with the move in case I don't talk to you. Wish I was there to help!
