(no subject)
ok, thank you guys for making appointments with me for wednesday and all that jazz, but i really just do not have time for a birthday thing this year. there's no possible way.
today i work until 9pm. then i have to write a paper. tomorrow i have a ton of reading to do and 2 more papers to write, due wednesday. tomorrow evening i have a group meeting to plan our presentation next week, for which i am wholly unprepared. wednesday i have school all day. that night and all day thursday i will spend reading, as i have an entire novel to be completed by friday (assigned today). i work friday evening (7 hours), and saturday and sunday (8 hours each) so what precious little time i am not at target i will spend doing even more homework.
and that's just how it has got to be. i've been getting behind in my schoolwork b/c ive been working too many hours at target, and now i have to play catch-up in a world where catching up is impossible.
i know you guys love me and want me to have a good birthday, but i really need to spend my time doing what i am supposed to be doing. i'm sorry. so i'm cancelling the dinner thing wednesday (i'm gonna email sarah and jeff, so don't worry about passing anything on) and i'm asking you all please please not to try to plan any surprises or anything, because i don't have the time. i'm sorry.
i probably won't even have time to get new hair like i wanted. we'll just have to wait until the semester is over.
i'm not even that upset. i just have too much to do.
