the lebronathon, a poll
i talked to my dad this morning--as many of you know, i am from cleveland and my dad still lives there. lebron james is a basketball player who grew up in akron, ohio (so near cleveland) and has played for the cleveland team for seven years, but this week decided to move to miami and play for the team there.
my father seemed surprised by the extent to which i knew about all of this and it was being discussed locally. my first reaction was that i would have had to have rented space in a very remote cave to miss this whole thing, but then it occurred to me that i was living in one of the cities that was under consideration, and listening to sports radio in order to hear about my baseball teams, so perhaps it was easier to miss than i thought. hence this poll.
