(no subject)
So while leaving for work tonight I notice that the ditch to the left of the driveway is completely filled with water.
Michelle called it into the water department and as it turns out...there is a crack in the road and there is water pouring out from it. Joy.
So it is 9:40 at night right now. Cops and water department are parked in front of the house. They have those huge generated lights on and just started the back hoe to dig up the road.
Some how the thought of sleep is fleeting away....Hopefully everything is at least fixed enough for me to get up and go do my visits in the morning. And considering that our pipes are on an outside wall...it would be great if they didn't turn off the water.
Busting our pipes to fix the county one would not be cool.
