honestly, there's no comparison.

note that willy the wizard is only like, 36 pages long. and broad ideas/concepts in fiction writing technically cannot be plagiarized. ie; one of the arguments is that both characters in the books ride on trains. REALLY? ( good god, you'd think that train riding wasn't, like, the commonest thing in Europe. ) this reeks of typical bottom-feeder behaviour.
