I really really love how both David's are at different points at-a-loss/in-control. They do seem to have this sense of give and take in their relationship that is just like that. One is strong and knowing for a while, then they can't be any more, so the other picks up the slack.

It did make sense. Cook and Archie think they're in control of the situation, first Archie with his gift, then Cook barging into Archie's room, then Archie again when Cook finally lets go, and then Cook because Archie has no experience in kissing whatsoever.

okay the warning came as a SHOCKER, wasn't expecting fluff. maybe flangst, but purely fluff was, "huh? really?!". that goes with the choice of POV too. i think i had to read the warning twice, yeah...

despite the fact that this was fluff, i, without a doubt enjoying reading it. well, i have yet to encounter a fic of yours i did not like (not sure if that's gonna happen though.).

Okay, about Cook's eyes. In the very first fic I ever wrote about him, I actually wrote down he had blue eyes, only to have it corrected because his eyes are, indeed, hazel. Hazel as in, they have this changing color that can be either green or blue or brown, but never one defined. I used to think hazel was just another way to say 'light brown' but it seems not.

So, I'm staying with my hazel-eyed Cook. Sorry if that bothers you.
