Recently? Not much. [Just a month-long fight with Robin. You know, nothing exciting.] Mostly team stuff, now that my entire team from back home is here, aside from our leader.
There was a fighting tournament about a month ago, but I only made it to round two. Other than that... well, you know how Johto is.
Yeah, they all started showing up one after another a few weeks after I got here. Johto can be pretty nice sometimes.
[A laugh.] Well, it was a fighting tournament, getting hurt was kind of the point. But I don't think anyone was seriously injured. Just scrapes and bruises... and maybe a few deflated egos.
[ She means fighting tournaments. But she does know that positive outcomes come them once in a while. Like letting out a rage inside that was beginning to build up. ]
But I wish I were here. I would have cheered you all on. [ Or helped with the medical staff. ]
I'm sure she'll be really glad to see you, too. A lot of her friends left about a month ago-hit her... kind of hard-so it'll be nice for her to have one back.
[Reassuring smile.] Hey, it's not your fault. Don't worry about it. Besides, you're back, and that's what counts.
Anyway, we just got to Ecruteak. I need to go to Goldenrod at some point, but I'm not sure what our plans are as a team right now, so we'll probably be in Ecruteak for a while unless something comes up.
