[Athrun thought for a moment. This wasn't going to get anywhere. He set the PokéGear down, took a Poké Ball off his belt, and opened it. A Porygon2 came out.]

Striker, I need you to act as an interpreter for me.

[A flash of light later, digital image of a Porygon2 is now on Lacus's PokéGear screen.]

Tell me what you told my trainer.

It's Miss Lacus... my trainer. She's been gone a whole day and that --- [ Breaking into tears ] --- has never happened before.

[ Frowning now. ] She's got to be in trouble. It's not like Miss Lacus to get lost.

Izumi is confused though, since he's not the expert on Pokémon languages (well, who is). His Absol looks concerned though. So here, Mr. Pink, you can talk with him.]

Are there any other humans or Pokémon near you? My trainer is too far away right now, so your best bet is to find someone near.

[ Mister Pink does know Rio's name. He is just simply too rude and spoiled to politely use it since Bug Guy was a much more fun name to use.

He is much nicer to Absol though. The igglybuff shook his head but he was disappointed to hear that they were too far away. ]

My trainer came here alone. She wasn't planning to stay long.

Her companions are in Azalea right now.
