Every now and then, I just wake up to a pain in the neck. The metaphor is fun, but I am being literal. Of course, I am quick to recognize the flatten out pillows as the culprit to the current neck discomfort. But that started a couple days ago, and the burning feeling and most of the pain is gone.
Well, my typical muscle pain is caused by me stretching my legs as the muscle on the back of the lower leg cramps at the same time. Following it is me curled up trying to adjust my foot and bend my knee to the best angle to reduce the pain. Overall, I have gained somewhat of a high tolerance for pain. That tolerance is achieved by ignoring it, but there is a limit to how much I can ignore. This is also how I am able to tolerate the foods my friends consider too spicy.
