A japanese district going green
In this one place on earth in a small district of Japan you can bring clothing and plastics, paper or glass to recycle in trade for credits on grocery goods in the same shop. Japan fighting hunger. That is very cool and I wish this was happening here in the U.S.A. This was an NHK report but have trouble finding it on the web.
