So I was on the Price is Right today. We woke up at 2 in the morning, left the house a lil before 2:30, got to the CBS studio in Hollywood at like 4:30 and saw the huge line that had already formed on the sidewalk. Some people got there at 10 o'clock the night before. thats a little extreme if you ask me. So we waited there, on the street for two hours, in the freezing cold till 6:30 am when we got to the front of the line and were shockingly disappointed with the news that we were the first on the waitlist list. I was sooooo incredibly bummed. They didnt know if they would take any standby, but we hoped. So we had four hours to kill till we had to come back. We went to starbucks, walked around Hollywood blvd, and got there at 9:30. Waited in the freezing cold going through lines and such, sitting on benches till one something when we could finally go in the studio. I was actually disappointed. It looked soooo cheesy. Kinda like the Its a Small World ride at disneyland where there are lots of dumb bright colors and glitter. It was soooo small too. Just didnt really look like what it did on TV. But whatever. Image vs. Reality I suppose. I didnt get called up on stage *tear* but it was still fun, and a neat experience. Now I'm just really tired.
Love Always,
Laura
