Memorial Day
Did I write about my Memorial Day weekend? Well, we went to Chi-town! It was amazing seeing Chicago again -- I hadn't been outside of Michigan since I got to MSU...at least I don't think I have. If I have it was only across the river (Windsor) and that barely counts. Anyway, it was just awesome 'cause we got to go out to eat with my cousin and we got a bangin' hotel room for the night.
I forgot to mention to Cambrey and Daniel that I'd be in town. Both of them are in the Chicago area and we rode right through Evanston...actually, we rode right by the Northwestern campus. It was still a great trip, even though we didn't stay too long. We got to Chicago about 6pm (Central) and left at about 9:30am the next morning. On our way back we went to the cemetery in Albion and visited my grandmother's grave. We got to see my great-grandfather's grave too.
Also, we're two days away from Summer Jamz! I'm excited, and hopefully we'll have an amazing time and get to see my husband on stage. Ashley hasn't texted or called me about any changes, so yeah. I wanted to get my nails and eyebrows done but I don't think I will 'cause I need to save my money. I'm gonna head to Borders in a little bit, but I'll write again later. Peace Out!
