Post-Valentine's Day Stuff
HAPPY (Belated) VALENTINE'S DAY! It's not a holiday I'm exceptionally fond of, but it is my mom's birthday so it gives me a reason to celebrate. Now, today they're having a Blood Drive in our lobby. Am I gonna give blood? I highly doubt it. I always chicken out, and I feel so incredibly selfish because of it. I'm thinking much more about how much it's gonna hurt me rather than how much it's gonna help about ten other people. But that's the story of my life -- always thinking about myself and always imagining the worst for myself. It's okay, I'll just have to remember this if I'm ever lying in a hospital bed waiting for a blood transfusion. I can't question why there's no blood for me. I'll write more later. See ya :P
