Caribana!

Geneva wants to organize this trip to the Caribana in Toronto. It's sounding expensive but I'm hoping I can make it work 'cause I really wanna go! I ran it by Kim and Ashley and they're a little low on the funds so I think they're staying here. Ashley doesn't have proper documentation for border crossing anyway. I'd love for them to come, but things don't always work out that way.

I'm still not quite, 100% for sure whether I'm going, but it's looking good. Tiffany is going and I was hoping someone else might be going, just to make it cheaper. I really wanted Kim to go, but she's got other expenses and I understand that completely. Next time we need to get everyone involved! Speaking of expenses, it doesn't look like I'm making it to that Beyoncé concert tonight. I'm kinda pissed! I really wanted to go see her. I think the issue was ticket price; I offered a discount to Ashley but she never gave me any money. I never did ask her for it, though. Oh well, next time I guess.

I also missed that Jesse McCartney show in Marne yesterday. Of course, that was a longer drive and I waited too long to get tickets online. I'm still mad about that, though; I really did wanna see Jesse. Next time for him too I suppose!

I've been listening to all my old *NSYNC songs lately. It seems like so long ago, but I've never really stopped liking them. New Kids on the Block came out with a new album this year! If they can do it (and tour and bring along Jesse McCartney, another concert I missed) then *NSYNC certainly can.

That all depends on Justin, though. Will he want to do another album with those guys? They never stopped being friends, this is true, but a lot has changed since 2001. Justin went solo and wasn't looking back, JC did his solo thing, and Lance came out of the closet. Of course, none of that matters to me; I still love those guys as much as I ever did. I'd be first in line to get one of their albums if they were to come out with one!

Of course, I understand that the style would be a little different. There wouldn't be anymore singing and dancing like before ("It's Gonna Be Me," "Bye Bye Bye" style). There'd probably be some fast-paced stuff, but more soulful singing than bubble gum dancing. I could get with that! I still love all those boys, including Lance; I probably love him more now than I did then. I respect the hell out of him for revealing his sexuality to us. Obviously I couldn't care less whether he's gay, straight, bi, whatever! The fact that he felt liberated after coming out made it that much better.

I think I'll end this one here, but I'll write again soon with mucho updates! See y'all :P
