My Baby Up Close and Personal!!!
I didn't write about the Omarion concert on New Year's Eve Eve (December 30th) did I? Well, I went to it at the Fillmore Detroit (formerly the State Theater) and it was amazing! I was so happy I finally got to go to one of my baby's shows. Not only that, I was three people back from the stage!!!!! It was a dream come true, seeing my baby that close to me. I could've sworn I met his eyes once, but I don't wanna get my hopes too high. He definitely looked in my direction more than once, so he saw my face for sure.
The next step is to meet him. A lot of his big fans meet him, so hopefully I'll get my shot sometime soon. They still have to do the Face Off tour -- who knows, I might win some backstage passes! It doesn't hurt to dream, right? :)
Speaking of New Year's Eve, I didn't do too much. I hung out with Kim at her sister's place. We got some Arbor Mist (my favourite wine ever) and watched 106 & Party (the end of it). I spent the night at her sister's place and got home at about 5pm on New Year's Day. It was a relatively uneventful night, only because Kim had to work until late. It was still a nice night, and hopefully next New Year's I won't be too far and we can go all out!
