God works MIRACLES!
This is true ladies and gentlemen. The reason I bring this up is because of a story my dad told while we were visiting my grandfather and aunts (at his house). Here's the story:
He said he hadn't taken in many new clients at all around/after my grandmother died. He missed two house notes (this is when my mom got mad at him), and he was in a financial struggle. He said he was talking to my grandmother one night (she had already died) and he said to her that if she was here, if he told her about his financial situation, she'd just give him some money to handle things, and he asked her to do that one more time. He said he asked her to send some money his way. The next day (or at least that week), another attorney called his office asking for help with court appearances, and he'd pay him a nice amount of money for it (he was going to miss a third house note, by the way). The other attorney came to his office and made him a business proposition so that my dad is handling his court and the other attorney pays him for it. The other attorney wrote my dad a check later that week (he pays my dad in advance) and that paid that month's house note and a few other bills. My dad's been working with this attorney ever since.
After my dad told this story, first of all I was close to tears (of joy!). Along with that, though, I will never again question God's or heaven's existence...no matter what happens. I remember when my mom was thinking of getting legal separation from my dad because he couldn't handle his end of the bargain financially. I didn't really know he was struggling to pay bills like the house note...and knowing that money actually did come his way when he asked his mother (who is with God in heaven right now) for it just...gives me comfort. God really is the greatest! Keep that in mind people -- you will receive what you ask for if your heart is set on Him and you honor His name and live for Him and His begotten son Jesus Christ. Whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life (not an exact quote, but you get the picture lol). Just thought I'd mention that...it really moved me.
