Driving Experience

Some of you may not know this, but I don't have a driver's license yet. If I ever misled you in the past to think I did have one, I apologize. I've been driving since I was 15 but I've never been able to find my comfortable place behind the wheel. Driving has always been strenuous for me -- I only just this year got my first try at the freeway.

The good news, however, is I'm quite close to getting my license. I'm driving well, I'm more confident in my road skills than I've ever been, and a little more practice should do it. I plan to take the road test in a couple weeks.

Now to my main point. In mid-August Omarion's gonna be here in concert again. Now, y'all should know about my love for my boo Omarion by now (and let's now forget about what happened earlier this summer). Y'all know how badly I want to go to this concert...

The reason I'm incorporating driving into this story is because I'll most likely be the one driving, seeing as I'll probably have my license by then. The question is whether my mom will let me take her car and whether my dad will have anything to say about it. Since I'll be a new driver he won't like the idea of me going all the way out to Utica Road & 16 mile in the middle of the night, let alone with a friend in the car.

But to see my man O, I'll risk it. I think I can make the drive and get home in one piece. I've come a long way in terms of confidence in my driving and I fully intend to take advantage of my license when I get it. In the meantime, though, I'll plan and prepare. Oh, and I have a question; would any of you be willing to go see Omarion with me?? Here are full show details:
