Update, ya'll!
I hope everyone's weekend and Easter (if you celebrate it, that is!) went well! I'm coming down from the high of having Jennifer here and trying to mix relaxing with work and homework for Spring Break. It was great having Jennifer here; we did some fantastic shopping and went to the Cape on a beautiful day to visit the tourist sites in Plymouth and the beach and have seafood. Easter was spent with Jennifer's brother and his girlfriend dying Easter eggs and eating Thai food.
I'm in a weird mood now since I have a lot of work to do but really want to enjoy my spring break, so I'm trying to break it down into manageable sections. Plus it's always a letdown after Jennifer leaves, although this time is easier because she'll be back in just a week and a half!
TV gushing: How fantastic were the two Torchwoods this week? First of all, omg Jack and Ianto office!sex scene! If I were Gwen I would have taken them up on that naked hide-and-seek offer in a heartbeat. :P And I love the backstory episode, I loved learning more about everyone, Jack and Ianto especially. My heart broke for Ianto as he walked away after the dinosaur catching with tears in his eyes, knowing he was using Jack to save Lisa but liking him at the same time. Oh, and the lesbian Torchwood leaders? Hardcore.
AND DOCTOR WHOOOOOO NEXT WEEK. Best news in weeks. I love that they're going straight from TW to DW without a break, it's brilliant. Especially since we still have to wait a bit for Bones, House, Supernatural, et al, and The L Word just finished with the most disappointing finale ever.
