Day 26: a favorite teacher in life:
This one is easy!!!!
I would have to say that my favorite teacher was Herr Schons. He was a professor of German at my college. He encouraged me every time I wanted to quit. He helped me come up with several independent studies and he even convinced the deans of two schools to allow me to take more independ work (since I needed the courses to graduate, but they were not being offered when I could take them).
He was one of the first teachers that I told about my dad being sick. He was also one of the first people who got in touch with me when I got pulled from student teaching.He knew how much my dreams meant to me, and he reminded me not ti give up.
Rest In Peace Herr Schons. I miss you. Thank you for everything you have done for me.
