I also always have read books and working in a library ways one of the things I considered doing as a career. Not sure if you can study that though or back then it meant taking on bookbinding and restoring books. Maybe my father also talked me out of it saying they would not get much money ;)
I love the job I am doing now as well though. In case you don't know, I work in an engineer's office and draw buildings and bridges, that then get built. So I get to see the outcome of my work when it is finished, and I like that. I learnt three years for this, right after school, and as a teenager I never had any job, I enjoyed my holidays instead.
Having good co-workers is important! We are a good bunch as well, sharing a laugh once in a while. I could not work with someone who was mean or talking behind my back.

I don't have a degree in library science, which I would need if I wanted to do more, but I know at tleast a couple of my coworkers do.
I didn't actually know that you work in an engineer's office. That sounds like a lot of fun!
