I've Done It!
Dear Mr. Gates:
Thank you for your long and winding road of Windows! After all these years (I would say well over 20), I've finally HAD it with the Windows shenanigans, constant upgrades, virus scares, and the hits and misses of your OS. So, after a refund from the Federal Government, I've decided to close Windows and open the door and find a brand new Apple iMac! Yes, I've finally made a crossover to the fruity side of computing and enjoy the fruits of Mr. Jobs technology. To tell you the truth, I'm quite satisfied and impressed with my decision!
Naturally, time will tell how satisfied I will be after some real use of my new iMac as it is only two days old as of today. The real test will be when I get it home and get my music files transferred over. But don't fret, Mr. Gates. I will still have my current paperweight of a PC running as a backup for now. There may still be use for it after all the transfers happen, like a doorstop.
Thank you for all the years of those crashes, "blue screen of death", file corruptions, and I won't be completely leaving you! I'll of course be using your OS throughout life as part of my work day. It's just time I let you go and close you up at home...
