Gmail has this nifty widget that is basically an email version of a drunk-dial-preventer. You can set it so that between certain times on certain days, in order to send an email, you have to answer some basic math questions.
Yeah, this is the first time I've set it off. I just sent a perfectly innocuous email (realizing I'd forgotten to ask someone for something kind of important), and got math problems. I had to think about it for a second, wondering why the hell it came up. But it's after 11PM on a Saturday night. What the hell am I doing sending email?
Who cleans at 11PM on a Saturday? Me, that's who. And I stumble on things that I'd forgotten about. And wind up sending emails about them, and posting about them.
In other news, we did some shopping today. Almost all of the food items were purchased for me. (At the Asian market and the farmer's market. I didn't get anything that bad. I didn't even get Yan Yan!) Almost all of the craft items were purchased for Chris. I kind of feel a little weird about that. But then, I'm banned from buying yarn until I finish some more fucking projects.
