Isnt Life funny?
So I was reading my old entries from last year and its strange how old I feel as compared to the girl who made these posts:
February 13th 2005

Well this vacation is winding down very quickly and i seriously dont think ive had a moment to breath. Mardi Gras in New Orleans was fun. Sunday was the best day probably with all my friends and walking 2 miles to Elizabeths aunts to run wild. I saw movies galore everything from Finding Neverland to Alexander to The notebook to the Boogeyman to Hitch. I did 10 hours of service and also I did my homework saturday so today all I would have to do is find my dress for saturday. Winterformal has really snuck up on me this year as I imagine a lot of things will.
Tomorrow's Valentine's Day, and as hopeless romantic as I am I think that february 14th is a pretty lame excuse for couples to give gifts to each others and for single people to feel even more depressed. Well hopefully this week will go by fast with as few bumps and bruises as possible.

Valentine's Day was quite amusing... I feel very loved
I got roses from my dad
Candy from my little sister Allie DeLeo
A cordless phone (Inside original joke) from Brian along with While you were sleeping
Tons of candy from mommy dearest
Random cards from Lisa, Laura, Katy and Laura.
Plus on top of all that I got my letter of acceptance to Tulane
Id say that this valentines day went by without any flesh wounds.

Its just strange. How in a year so many things are different for me now. My life at the moment is so completely different from my life last year, not that Im saying Im different because honestly I dont think Ive changed much just grown a little older and a little wiser. Different as in how strange it is that I can love two completely different scenarios. But not everythings different... I still think valentines day is a silly holiday :D
