goddamnit. i have to go...back...to a doctor. a. you know, one of those kinda doctors. gross not the gyno. just a shrink.

basically...i have to get on anti-anxiety medicine so i will stop being such a fucking...spaz about things. i know you think its cute, but its actually really....really painful. seriously. my head feels like its going to explode most of the time.
it will be good to get all of this out.
it will be good to stop worrying. and to have someone just give me medicine so i can get better.
and i also have to take muscle relaxers and anti-inflamatory medicine. which reminds me. im going to go do that now. and eat.
