work stuff...
I picked up my company car and gas card this past week. It's not a bad mid-sized car. The air conditioner works. Mine is on the fritz and would cost at least $800 to fix. Also, the radio has great sound and there is a cd player. Nice. Of course the radio in my car is crap. Guess what I've been driving everywhere? If you guessed the company car, you win. I don't know what you win, but you won. Yeap.
The company car does have a few ah problems or flaws. One, there is a large crack along the bottom of the windshield and it has branched out a bit. Two, the car is around 57,000 miles and it had preventative maintenance the last time at 20,000 miles. The girl who had the car before me says she's been far too busy to take it in for PMs. Also, that cracked windshield has been like that for over a year. Kinda of a dim bulb don't you think?
My company has gifted me with a long-sleeved, cream colored, company logo'd sweater. I'm supposed to wear this thing to meetings. Ah, it's summertime and that means mucho sweating while wearing sweaters. Good thing I've not bragged about the geniuses who work at the company office. lol Not that there aren't geniuses who work there of course.
