[Not surprisingly, Meiling is once again fast asleep. But this time, something feels off. In the almost three weeks she's been at Mayfield, she's only spent one night in an actual bed. The rest of the time, she's been sleeping outside the Kishin house. So the feeling of being in an actual bed instead of sprawled out on the front porch of a house is enough to wake her up.
