(no subject)
For some reason, I read Kia's update and thought it'd be nice to give an update myself. At least one of substance.
Let's see... right now I'm at my parents house. I had to escape from my uncle's. Both he and Jerry (dude that lives with us) lost their jobs. It was a big mess, I don't really care to get into it, because quite frankly, I have no idea what happened. Anyway, they both lost their jobs, yadda yadda yadda. It all came down to the fact that I can't stand being with them for long periods of times, or 12 straight hours.
Plus, my computer time was being reduced, and being the big jobless loser that I am... that was no good. I prefer to be online in the evenings anyway. There's more people around then, rather than 4am.
So yeah, I met my parents in G.I. and we went to see a movie. Pop was in a surprisingly good mood today. He's not a bad guy when he's in a good mood (ya readin' this Lutz?). Actually, he's not a bad guy at all, he's just more pleasant when he's in a good mood, but then again, isn't everyone?
Anyway, the movie... Shrek 2. It was cute. Although I probably should have watched the first one, it was still cute. And besides, my parents paid for it and we got to spend those precious family moments together, which surprisingly, I don't mind all that much. As long as they come in small doses.
I've done almost nothing so far this summer. I'd like to say it's been nice, but I really really need a job. Like... really. Being poor sucks. And it's kind of funny, I had more money when I was in school. So I don't really relate to the term "poor college student".
Kia did come down to visit for a couple of weeks though. That was great, although I can't help but feel like a bad hostess. Oh well, you live and learn. It would have been nice if there were more people around to have seen her though. But, ya know... people have lives, don't have time... whatever.
I can feel an Orgy kick coming on. I love Orgy... mmm...*twitch* Yes, I'm talking about the band. Check 'em out if you don't know 'em. They're good. *wishes she had Orgy to listen to*
I'm running out of things to say. So, I'll fill you in a bit on the RP world. All of my characters are coming along nicely. I picked up another Dom... we'll see how that goes. I'm thinking it was a mistake... not because I don't want to play him, but because I think the person I have a SL with is a fuckin' psycho, but you never know... I could be wrong. But the community is a little strange... I don't know. We'll see how long it lasts.
Viggo's becoming more active though. He's getting a lot of fun to play. And Dom... well, he's Dom. I love playing all of them. Although I have to say that at the moment I'm favoring EG Dom...mmm, Hal. I love me some Hal, man. *purrs*
Oh yeah anyway... nothing left to say, except that maybe I'll get really bored and do something with my layout, but I doubt it. Because I hate all default layouts and can't make one of my own because I'm HTML dumb and stuff. I might play around with Dom's toolbar though. I can kind of do that.
