hmm...Chicken A La Prom
...okay...I have no idea where the Chicken came from...oh well.
Well, as far as prom goes...so far so good. Except for the slight disappointment of ME BEING SICK!!! Dammit...that really sucks. I come home from work on Wednesday and feel it coming. Wake up Thursday morning and it hit me in the face...the dreaded cold. Kay suggested that I get Contact...I'll get some tonight.
Ya know, I notice that alot of LJ posts are full of a bunch of shit that no one really cares about...for example, this. But then, what else is a diary/journal all about?
So let's see...Prom shit: Tickets (taken care of), Tuxedo (picked up yesterday), Corsage (picked up today), Haircut (got one yesterday...I went to Fantastic Sams and let the stylist have "artistic license" with it), Limouzine (all paid for except the last $100 dollars that is given to the driver), Pictures (pay for tomorrow...probably getting the 2nd or 3rd most expensive one with, of course, extra wallets), Dinner (also tomorrow...not sure where we are going for it though), Prom substance (hehe...well, depends how well you know me is whether or not you'll believe if I have something to take Prom night...But if you do believe me, I'm not telling you what substance it is), we'll also probably go clubbin or ravin after prom...still undecided.
I plan on dancing with alot of girls tomorrow night. Of course, I have already made sure that certain girls are willing to dance with other people. And with their reactions to me, I could most likely get to dance with them...Hellz yah.
Oh yeah...yesterday before I got a hair cut I bought The Strokes and 3rd Strike cds. They are awesome. 3rd Strike kicks ass and Strokes have a dope ass sound. Only reason I got them was because as I went to get my dad a present at Wherehouse I saw 3rd strike for only 8 bux...only thing was the Strokes was like 17...oh well. They evened out in total. The 3rd Strike song that's on the radio "No Light" has dope ass harmonies. I like it alot. They have the same sound as Linkin Park...y'all gotta hear them.
Geez...girls have been flirting with me lately. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just that I don't want to get with anyone for a long while. This one japanese/white girl in my 5th period I would always see looking at me when I wasn't single. Now she talks/flirts to/with me. She's pretty cute too. Mark would always check her out. There's also this one chick at the Insanitarium that likes me. She's the best looking one there, but all I do is flirt with her...not really interested. Oh well...so that was my day I guess. Oh yeah, I also had work while I was sick...that really sucked.
