Saturday, April 7 will mark the one year anniversary of my leaving him. I'm still devastated, I still miss him, I still love him, I still have not even thought about another man, let alone moved on with anyone, I still cry just about every day, I still pray and hope for a miracle that will make him love me, I still wonder why nothing I ever said or did made him happy. Still. I give up. I'm never going to get over this. I'm never going to stop grieving it seems.
One time in the seventh grade, a friend of mine told me that she didn't know why, but that awful and terrible song by the Little River Band called Lonesome Loser reminded her of me. Fucking know-it-all.
