(no subject)
mikey told me to update this. so i suppose i shall. updating. updating. updating. updating..... that word looks really funny now. have you ever noticed that? how when you say or write (or type in this case) a word a lot it starts to look wrong. that's why i never understood spelling lists and they tried to make you learn how to spell it by writing it like 100 times. Granted, yes, we learn through repetition but after you write the word so many times it looks like its wrong and that doesn't seem like a very good learning technique to me.
anyway. i am at the wartburg college radio station with mikey. on his show. its niceness. we are going to play 2skinnydorks next. if you muncie people (or whomever) are reading this and don't know who that is.. you should totally check them out at their website - www.2skinnydorks.com its hella cool (yes i said hella). erin and i saw them live and they rocked so we bought their cd and they signed it for us. and i just introduced the song on the airwaves. cause... yea. and mikey didn't go to their concert so he didn't know about them so i had to say it.
so yes... oh yea. and for those who don't know. i got fired from my job at the telemarketing place on november 5th. it sucked and now it doesn't cause i hated that job anyway. i will miss my friends that i made while working their but i'll still see them. just not as much. but i had my first day at my new job today. i am officially a pizza delivery dyke for dominos pizza. its such a dorky job and today i made a delievery. my first ever on my own and i got lost and then i went to the wrong house and then when i finally got there, the bastards didn't give me a tip!!! i came home with $5.70 (plus my hourly wage which of course goes on a pay check... the other stuff is cash). and that was for less than 3 hours of work and mostly standing around. my boss (john) who is very cool sent me and tracy (the guy who was training me) on a "spy run". which is basically where someone drives down the road to see what is going on at Godfather's pizza and Pizza Hut. its really rather sad... but these are the things i now get paid to do. i also got to glue advertisement stuff onto the top of pizza boxes.... i didn't complain. we were dead and it was my first night. im not yet trained to anything more helpful than that.
anywho. i think this is more than i have written in a very long time. this seems to be an adequate update. mikey, you better be satisfied.
