Sorry for the delay - I hit a unproductive streak there for a bit. This time a few things changed: I put the top down on the piano (though the area in front of that is still open) so it seems more muted and less hammer-y. Now that I listen to it, I think I'll go back the other way. And more importantly, this is sorta a cover - I took a song, one of Bob Marley's early (non reggae) songs 'It Hurts To Be Alone' (which can found on the album 'Birth of a Legend' and in the demo Barn by The Digital Artists, which I think compliments the music unbelievably well) and I basically stole the chord progression and rhythm, added a bit, and just went on a tear with it. The melody is basically gone, so It's not really a cover, but it's kinda close in a way. I dunno, I may not do this too often, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.
