Infinity War
I watched Avengers Infinity War for a fourth time last night. So, it wasn't as brutal as the first 3 times, as I only teared up a few times.
After watching Antman and the Wasp a few weeks back, I was able to put a few things in perspective as it relates to the timeline. So, quantum tech will be a key in the next film. Right now, the only one with any knowledge is Scott, who is stuck. Pym's old nemesis, Roy, might be alive and could help. Of course, Fury and Hill are gone, and we have no idea about Clint.
I have so many questions. Supposedly, there is a 4-5 year time jump. It looks like Earth might be in chaos, so the remaining Avengers would have to return to peacekeeping, I guess. How does Carol get into the mix? Will Tony and Shuri work together? (Angela Bassett confirmed that the Queen and her daughter survived the Snap) Will Rocket remain on Earth with Thor or return to Space? Is Wong still alive and will he be involved? Finally, what about May and Peter's crew? Far from Home is filming right now, so they will be around for that.
As a MCU fan, I'm used to long droughts between movies. But, this one might just be the most stressful, I think. We have to wait almost 7 months now for Captain Marvel, which is basically her origin film. The post credits will almost certainly set up Avengers 4. I just wish that we didn't have to wait so long. LOL
