Avengers, new Spiderman, and all things Marvel
OK, so I broke my vow of never watching another MTV product(after the debacle that is Teen Wolf) and watched the Movie Awards. Why? Well, because the Avengers were on to present Robert Downey Jr. with an Achievement Award. And, it was the best 10 minutes of a completely dismal broadcast. The comedy was too over the top and soooo boring. Yuck! But, the reel of all of RDJ's roles was poignant and well done. And, the respect and affinity that this cast has for each other is just stellar( not to mention, Chris Evans was very yummy in black leather, but I digress).
Today is the LA premiere of Age of Ultron, and I can't wait for all the pics. Also, RDJ teased something on his twitter which lead some to think that it will be casting for the new Spidey. The popular favorite is Dylan O'Brien, who is a great young actor. But I'm just not sure about him as Peter Parker and was kinda hoping for an unknown. Oh well, I guess we'll know soon. Even if he doesn't get it, Dylan is going to be an awesome actor(but he needs to cut that MTV trash loose NOW). :)
