I want like a million dollars to spend at Powell's, but common sense as well as the limits of my luggage restrain me. I have to haul my bag back to the train station via TriMet and (she says, seriously) if I carry more than fifty pounds of books on my back I can't function the next day. I am promising myself a good burrow through the pirate section - some dude apparently wrote a book called The Sea Rover's Practice that I definitely want to tachiyomi if not buy. (Korean stuff, hah, good luck, steampunk stuff, I have a bunch of technical turn-of-the-century books and I think most of the books that are about steampunk are kind of lifestyle things. ...also I like buying really cheap philosophy books and reprints of terrible novels from 1852. At least I'm easily entertained.)
I have finished plying the Fairy Autumn batt! Now I have like, just under two hundred yards of fingering weight-ish handspun and no idea in hell what to do with it, but now at least I can start plying All That Blue Crap. o/ I'll work hard!
Okay now I either get ready to go to work or tell lies aobut Matsumoto Jun. *zips off*
