Ah, shoot, I didn't see this one until after replying to the other comment, I--I promise I'm not actually this spammy! I am glad to know that it arrived safely, I had it sent straight to you (because I love you a lot and you deserve nice things! especially when fandom and RL are being mean!) and DO NOT THINK THAT I WON'T TAKE YOU UP ON THE PORNO OFFER.

I know I could just watch some Power Rangers or something, but I'm not sure I could handle that sober (and I'm not that far gone yet), so I just sort of boggle and wonder how on earth you could dub this show into English without using any scenes that have non-suited up actors in them. How could any given episode be more than, like, five minutes long? I cannot yet bring myself to look up Jungle Fury on YouTube to find out, though.

However, they did give us some pretty awesome-looking toys and I'm really glad that the show is not currently in its heyday otherwise I might have to book it on out to Toys R Us to buy a boatload of them because THERE ARE SO MANY AND JUST THINK WHAT I COULD DO IF I GOT TWO OF THEM AND THEY WERE POSABLE--!!

(I usually keep things in the box because I can't stand to open them, but I am also kind of nutty about these things. I think Rio-sama would enjoy being hugged whenever you wanted. :D :D :D)

well, it's not done running yet, I don't think? and according to wiki, they all work at a place called Cosmic Pizza, and they left out Wolf Ranger being Blue's brother but gave Blue a twin brother instead. I, I don't even know. And apparently they kind of smashed together the past and present plots, so Casey (Red) and Jarrod (Black) were like, Rivals or whatever, but then Casey almost became the heir of the thingy style but refused and so Jarrod was offered it instead, and then he got ticked off. EVEN MORE GAY THAN JAPAN. Anyway, then he was possessed by the Evil Space Alien Dude and Camille (Mele) is Evil Space Minion's second in command, not Jarrod's specifically. And apparently it was just revealed that Jarrod's heart still sleeps within Evil Space Alien----!!

But they kept the Fly Ken user dude, I don't even know.

And all the Kensei live in The Spirit World and there's at least one ordeal type thing where Red has to get over his fear of the monster in his closet from his childhood and Yellow has to overcome her fear of spiders and I'm a little torn between BURNING IT WITH FIRE and watching it just for the total lolz.

But I love my Rio-sama figure ;___;♥

DIAF for that. Because I was looking up listings on TVGuide and I guess it is still running (which makes sense, it's not like they could have had it run in 2007 or anything) and thus Toys R Us probably has a crapload of toys in the store and orz orz orz now I have to watch it and make my way out to the toy store at some point.

Because it doesn't really surprise me that there's some Red/Black going on, the show sort of seemed like maybe it was going there and I'm kind of surprised there wasn't more of it--since Zukki and Araki are apparently good friends?--instead of having them interact more with other people.

So, I can't blame Power Rangers for shipping Red/Black, but that does kind of make me want to watch it now. Even if American audiences will be denied the super-awesome that was Drunken Fist Retsu. Because it sounds SUPER AWFUL and I think I WILL LOVE IT.
