MEG: like to a restaurant and stuff
MEG: and it slowly trickles through Kagami's head that THIS IS TENDOU'S IDEA OF A ROMANTIC EVENING OUT
MEG: ...they could meet up with Nago-san and Megumi on a date. Megumi and Kagami could look at each other, stand up, and go off to eat ramen and complain about their boyfriends for the rest of the night, while Tendou and Nago-san criticize each other's date techniques.
It's hard to figure out what Nago-san would do on a date because movies are a waste of time and art is useless. Points of interest around the city and constant lectures about Megumi's posture? I dunno. Possibly a science display. Tendou would be terrible mostly because he would put the fear of Tendou into the restaurant and look Kagami's clothes up and down, lift one side of his mouth, and then march him to a store where they accidentally meet Matsumoto Jun standing over Aiba Masaki with a pile of clothes in one arm and a nerve pinch grip on Aiba's neck in the other. There would be bonding.
Hoooly crap we has beets coming out our ears and the zucchini is not far behind. I've admitted that raw beets are not so bad (except for about two hours later when you pee and have to remember if you have a Medical Condition or did you just eat beets because man, that is kind of unnerving) and so I am taking them to work and throwing them at people. I am actually a lot better about zucchini than I was! One year my mother planted two row of zucchini and we didn't have a lot else to eat and to this day Amy and I will decline, with sincere thanks, any dish with zucchini with it. They are kind of slimy but it's mostly just sheer stubbornness. But if they're in a veggie mix or something I'll screw up my face and eat them.
Beet greens are also tasty! You steam them and they're like swiss chard. And an offering acceptable unto buns. I need to feed Muttface, toss him at Grandma and then go into town before work and get more sawdust for Bun so I can tip her out into her playpen tomorrow and clean her cage out. Also dig through stash for stuff for Dumpling bag. It may end up two colors plus embroidery. Hmm. I may have yet another go at my eternal nemesis colorwork.
