no luck yesterday with the drabbles; when I got home I went straight to the shower and thence to bed. The sad part is even with going to bed at like, eight o'clock, I didn't wake up until four thirty and then only long enough to blow my nose and doze until five.
yesterday I went to Soft Horizons and got a needle-felting kit (foam pad and needles, although I'm not sure what size is which. I'm assuming the one they gave you two of is the largest size?) and what is possibly the cutest thing in the history of ever. It's a little tiny hedgehog. I was going to get an Addi needle for the cobweb-weight wool but I changed my mind in a hurry. She also has penguins and foxes and bunnies. I may have shrieked something like HOW CUTE IS THAT. You can't prove it.
...I don't think Frederick is ever going to talk to me again. OR to Walter. Oh, my characters, what indignities I put you through. Clearly I'm going to have to name it Freddy Tiggles when I'm done. ....and probably not give it a little tiny mask, but the thought is strangely tempting.
