....my brain really wants to make Sho explain what 'it' is to Jun and despite the fact that the very thought makes me laugh so hard I could cry, I don't think I should really do it to him. He'd get two words in and realize he's about to admit to Jun that a lot of people find him, Jun, sexually attractive, and just kind of flail to a hysterical halt and stare at Ohno and Nino piteously.
Cecil is knocking the snow off Gingetsu for me, it looks like♥ I have to go in work early because apparently Day Shift has the plague (I keep desperately wanting cigarettes and then remembering that all the smokers at work are like, crawling around dead from lung blerghs) and also, I woke up this morning to that strange clear cold white glow that means 'HAY GUYS IT SNOWED LOLZ' and looked out into the five am snowlight and said something I will not repeat on LJ.
I can't figure out where I put my camera, and I need to take a picture of the Pink Sweater of Doom -- I have about two inches of hood down with eleven more and actually doing grafting properly to go, and then the sleeves and the button band, and deciding if I want to do real buttonholes or cheat and use snaps, and figuring out where the Fimo for the buttons went and about fifteen million yards of cord for the hood plus pompoms to go. Also pockets maybe. But once I finish this ball of yarn, I will have used 60% of the projected yarn!
I'm sort of wishing I'd used the 48" directions, but I think it will be okay since I did more ribbing than required so I could make the button band wider to make up for it. Of course it fits fine over the waist, but the bust is a little iffy (it fits, it just stretches kind of tight) and I don't know how well I'll be able to layer with it.
I keep miscounting on the scarf I'm making with the yarn I got on Saturday, but I can't bring myself to care because it's fuzzy mohair, it's going to go around my neck and of all the things I like to do to cause pain to myself, trying to get mohair to undo itself is somewhere below 'go to the gym' and 'have a root canal without drugs'.
