Also I just discovered that, to run Adobe Digital Editions so it will act like I have USB drives, I cannot just run WINE. I have to find a copy of Windows and run it in VirtualBox.

I tried adding it to the Nook PC app and then syncing, but it will only let it be shown within the app, not send it to the Nook via wifi. Asshole. So now I have no idea what to do short of a) finding a program to break DRM or b) finding my copy of Vista and reinstalling on a separate partition.
Calibre and it get along like a pair of lambs, though! ETA: except it wants to make folders by author name and the Nook gave it a single horrified look at that. Oh, technology.
