I was going to post about all these feelings I have
but then I finally got around to washing the new sweater after wearing it all weekend, and apparently, not that anybody thought to warn me about this, apparently Cascade Eco+ sincerely believes it's one of those little sponge things you drop into a water and it goes from being shaped like a pill to being a dinosaur.
It was .... a little surprising. *sigh*
Got this for the Girasole that I am eventually going to make. (There's 1460 yds to the skein of that, and if need be I'll just buy another skein of something in a contrasting color and lie about the edging.) Started on Terra tonight with the Dream in Color Classy Juri sent me from the seconds sale -- it's a very pretty dark mahogany sort of color and I like it a lot, but suspect reading the knitting on the actual lace charts is going to be hilarifying.
