re: tron legacy
sooo much eye candy
sooo much eye strain
sooo many awesome fights
soooo many motorcycle chases
enjoyed the fuck out of it, although when someone goes to the trouble to set up a dude as someone who in theory could be crazypants and have flaming UST with the hero, I can't lie, I expect that gun to be fired. no such luck however. hero didn't even have that much chemistry with the chick. am now consumed with desire to write hilariously long and plotty fic about hero and dude where they fight about company policy and fuck against the console tables. dunno what I'd do with chick yet. but I can't really see her and hero banging, sry.
it's worth seeing at the cheap theatre at least, although the plot holes are hilariously huge and you can see where they had to cut hunks of story out. sigh. never mind, with any luck there will be fanfiction for it.
(also why did they not release a version of Tron to tie in with the new movie? marketing FAIL. Now I want to see the original to compare it and the library has something hideous like 284 holds on the first of 8 returned copies. DISNEY. YOU COULD BE GETTING MONEY FROM ME. DON'T YOU WANT MY MONEY.)
