oh fuck me
So I volunteered to work Ale Fest, but the last shift open -- literally the last shift, as in I hit submit and the page changed to the We're Full Up one -- was Saturday from six to ten. Now mind you I have the Arthritis Walk the next day and have to be downtown by eight, but the real reason why I'm suddenly wondering if I have finally lost my marbles is that Saturday is the Civil War.
Oh God, if the Ducks win, it will be full of loud drunken people celebrating a BCS title game, and if they lose, it will be full of loud drunken people weeping into their beers.
Uggghhh oh well it's only four hours and then I can have 12 beer tokens for after I walk 5K. o/
Howsomeever, a careful counting up of my spoons made me skip knitting, because that's two days in a row where I'll be around a lot of people -- and so tonight and tomorrow is going to be spent alternately doing housework and hating everything. And making felt holly berries, can't forget that.
