I'm eating pad thai and writing fic. This is a good thing.
Item: Is grafting in knitting really as easy as everybody says or is my continuing, tooth-grinding frustration typical? Is this because I refuse to knit like the right-handed oppressors? IS IT.
Yeah, screw this, from now on until I have enough time to claw at someone in person, all socks are getting a god damn three needle bind off.
I don't even know! I have read articles and books and everything, and still things are like, going totally pear shaped! I didn't have this much trouble with the god damn Turkish cast on! ... I know the answer here is 'knit toe-up socks' but seriously? the only thing that gets me through the leg of the sock is the fact that I'll have something interesting to do on the heel and toe, dudes, I don't know if I could live with that taken away from me.
On that note, one Turkish Bedsock down, one to go, hopefully with less face-clawing trauma this time. =w=
