1. It's official, Resident's Cat at work believes I am actually in the room to take care of her and not the human. I was kneeling on the floor threading briefs through Resident's pants and Star actually came up on and tried to get on my lap.

Hello! Came for the fic as well, stayed for snark and adventures.

I live in a part of Brooklyn that's very pretty when it rains, am in my mid-20's, work part-time at a cafe and part-time as a telecommuting proofreader for English translations of Japanese TV news transcripts. I spend all day getting intrigued by things in the transcripts, look them up, and subsequently spend way too much time learning about bizarre Japanese cultural trends on Wikipedia.
