Agh, this is so heartbreaking. Ianto's frustration is, oddly, rather hot - but ultimately it's just so sad. That whole scene in which he's desperate to get some kind of reaction out of Jack and finally just takes what he can get nearly killed me. I'm biting my nails wondering what's going to happen with Gray/John Hart too.
