Once again it has proven to be the case that ...
a) you should never talk to anyone you don't know IRL
b) some people's conceit means that they are as bad (if not worse) than the hypocrites and bigots they complain about so loudly
c) if all you can hear is yourself, it's time you shut up and gave someone else a chance
d) people on LJ, who are from Australia, New Zealand or South Africa have an extremely unusual perception of things - Frankly, I find even US citizens easier to understand
e) rakosha will get upset about d) and it will take me forever to persuade her that it does not apply to her ... thus proving that it does ;P
f) rakosha will give me an even harder time about e) [1]
[1] It will, nevertheless, probably have been worth d) and e), when I get to make her smile by declaring that I only did it because I love her so [2]
[2] And not at all as a way of distracting her from the blatent xenophobia inherent in d) ... Oh, no ;P
