I just had this crazy idea!
Ok, so here goes...
So we take the funding for the "war on drugs" which doesnt seem to be working to well, take all that money. Then pull out half the troops in Iraq (who shouldnt be there anyway) and then take all the money that saves. Now, we've got lots of money right? So, use all that money.... on a global war on AIDS and hunger.
Just a crazy idea.
