Yeah.
Here's the skinny.
I'm really worried about graduating. I don't know how skilled people want me to be, but I'm hearing four or five different perspectives, as compared to both household name worters and writers around campus. All of these perspectives are not 100% positive or negative.
More people are becoming successful, and I am not currently one of them.
people talk about who is making more of themselves after high school, and it becomes more readily apparent to me that I never knew these people, and they really didn't know me. It's really quite funny at this point that I'll never escape comparison if I fail.
Current Status of projects.
Graphic Novel: Going nowhere. I need artists to get back to me. I don't want to pressure them, because Lord knows I need more things to do.
Thesis Project: I don't really acre what anyone says about it. It's going all right, because this is my normal rate of work. everything has been quality up until this point, why break something just to patch it up?
Graduation: Not sure. It's a 24/7 worry, and I can't really get the monkey off my back.
Other things of note.
- I've become an addict for Eric Powell's "The Goon." It's good times.
- new shoes at some point.
- I've given up on dating in Edinboro. Old News, but hey. if you haven't heard it, it's new to you.
- I'm overly concerned with the fate of EUP's writing program if this is how it is going to culminate for Everyone.
- Looking at ordering the following movies: "Paperhouse" "Little Otik" "The seventh seal" and there's something called the Film Noir pack at borders. it interests me, and I'm going to see if I can get it cheaper than 54 bucks. Same thing with the Twilight Zone Collection. it sure as heck shouldn't be 100 bucks.
Alright. Catch up in about 4 weeks.
