Collecting
Put $10 down on Pokemon White today! \o/ I felt so shitty today, augh. But I dragged myself down to the furthest GameStop because they're my bros and they totally need the business. My mall has two Gamestops. Though the closer one is nice because the guys there throw presents at girls they like. I got an awesome Zelda hat and a whole CASE of Mario Cart cards which I always give out when I sell things because I can.
Also spent last night and today nerding over my Slowpoke site and fixing it up. Sob still pictures to take and upload..
I talked to one of the older women who works at my job today, and I actually found something that we COULD talk about-- collecting! I told her I collect Pokemon and Dragonball stuff and she was like aaahhh cool and we talked about what her kids collect and I DIDN'T FEEL WEIRD ABOUT HAVING THIS STUFF FOR ONCE. I always have this slight shame for doing what I do, though I love everything I have ;n; I'm just so used to people saying "you spent HOW MUCH FOR THAT?!" when it really isn't that much. ($35 for my awesome as hell Goku statue, for example. I could talk about my Tomy Slowpoke, but even that depresses me)
But that's why I sell, too! I get so much extra of stuff I don't want/need that I have to send it somewhere!
Ahh, speaking of, I need to go out and buy envelopes tomorrow! Finally a day off from work where I can get things done.
